GRANDTIGER ADVENTURE

So much for wifi at home... Thought I could post a few pics while doing some work in a local cyber. This was during a trip to eastern Kenya for a friend who was shifting some furniture to their rural home. Later this night I was arrested (Police love to hassle me) because my Canadian ID which shows my province is British Columbia immediately made the officer think I was a Columbian Drug Smuggler and wanted to see my passport that I didn't carry. The policeman's truck had a big sticker on it "GRANDTIGER". Three hours of diplomacy and negotiating in the police station later I was released.

 

Next post I promise to post pictures of actual work we have been doing. So busy!!
